from video or you can also split videos into equal parts or split them by time.

MPEG, MOV, MKV, 3GP, SWF and VOB. You can preview of the original and the
output video with millisecond precision. You can include or exclude selected
video parts from the output video. It has a storyboard, supports drag-and-drop;
you can apply fade-in, fade-out effects to output and change the video format
of output.
Simple
step by step operation:
Step
1: Launch AllPepole Video
Cutter and click the free trial button to run the software;
Step
2: As soon as you run the software you will see four extra buttons above the
normal play/pause button. We will use the first button from the left called the
preview button. Once you have these controls to add your video. You can use
Open File located under the Media menu, but as you know I always prefer drag
and drop method.
Step
3: Basically we will not be cutting the video directly; we will rather play the
video and preview the segment using the built-in player. So seek to the
position you want to start your video and press both play and select the end
button simultaneously.
Step
4: Again press the cut button when you want to stop the playing. The clip will
be automatically saved as an MP4 media file type in your Libraries/Videos
folder in Mac OS.
